I'm glad it's keeping you puzzled :-)

The salt is an ingredient (and it just so happens that there are formations called 'salt domes' that seem to provide most of the other ingredients as well...)

I'm with Eowyn. I feel totally wrong footed here. What is Ma up to? She's obviously not afraid. Curiouser and curiouser.
